Return Policy

1　Returns for Customer Convenience

Returns are accepted if shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

・Conditions: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

・Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and prepaid customs duties (DDP) are non-refundable.

2　Defective Items

For items with quality issues, we will provide a fair solution, such as a replacement or refund, based on the specific case.

Please contact us within 7 days of arrival and include photos showing the defect.

 

退貨政策

1　因顧客個人因素退貨

商品送達後14天內寄回，即可受理退貨。

・退貨條件：商品必須保持原始、未穿著的狀態，並保留所有原裝吊牌。

・相關費用：所有退貨運費均由顧客自行負擔。原訂單的運費以及預付關稅（DDP）恕不退還。

2　瑕疵商品

若商品存在品質問題，我們將根據實際情況提供適當的處理方案，例如更換商品或退款。
