Returns & Cancellations

1. Returns for Customer Convenience
Returns are accepted if shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and prepaid customs duties (DDP) are non-refundable.

2. Defective Items
For items with quality issues, we will provide a fair solution (replacement or refund) based on the specific case. Please contact us with photos of the defect within 7 days of arrival.

退换货政策

1. 个人原因退货
签收后14天内寄回商品，我们可为您办理退货。
- 条件：商品需保持全新、未佩戴、且吊牌齐全。
- 费用：寄回运送费由买家承担。原订单运费及已缴纳的关税(DDP)恕不退还。

2. 质量问题
如发现商品存在缺陷，我们将根据实际情况为您提供换货或退款处理。请在收到货后7天内联系我们并附上照片。
